My journey in the teaching career began when I was 22 years old. I had just finished B.tech & decided that I would study to become a chemistry teacher. Teaching has always been a fascinating one mostly, but I never intended to be a teacher in the first place. I have always liked the idea of helping others and explaining problems.

During the journey, I learnt very quickly that there was more to being a good teacher than just knowing the subject material better than students, no matter what the subject material is, we need to strive to make the subject interesting for the students and make them think that it is the most important area in their learning chemistry for many students is mystery and objective of chemistry teacher is to remove mystery and mystique to make the subject interesting. After teaching for three years, it was time to take visiting class at Varanasi and Pune. This was a great experience to develop teaching strategy in different ways. This journey has definite beginning , middle , but no end, only a temporary pause for some re-evaluation. The success of our students in top institution of engineering and medical was inspiring me and faith of guardians on us promote to embark on a mission to provide quality education. We use technology to make what our jobs more fulfilling and the learning experience for the students a more rewarding experience.

I can’t tell where the next stop of the journey will lead me, on thing is for sure. I will keep teaching and learning and teaching. The excitement and challenges just keep on coming.
