What a mind blowing 6 day experience!It is absolutely fantastic. The Sudarshan Kriya pulled out all my stress and I was in a total state of bliss.I absolutely do not agree to the comment by sushi as the course taught me to be more responsible towards my family, business and society.I would highly recommend this course for everyone

One of my relatives attended artof living course at Lucknow.Impact was ,she stopppd taking interest in house hold,neglected her only child & ended in divorce.
