I did the professional diploma in game art course at Aiga in June 2015. I got immediately placed before the course got over. I now work for MPC (Moving Picture Company) as a modelling artist.Aiga is one of the best institutes in India for someone who's looking to get into the 3D modeling industry in India. After I finished my engineering from a local college in Hyderabad, I extensively searched for educational institutions in India which offer diploma courses in 3D modeling and found Aiga through various forums online. Before I joined, I had no experience in modeling softwares like 3ds max and Maya whatsoever. Now, after finishing the course at Aiga I can't believe where I reached just in the span of one year. The diploma course is ideal for someone who wants to learn all the basics of 3D modeling and texturing and build a strong foundation. That being said, the course is very tough to complete for someone who has little or no experience in using the softwares. Right from foundatation to the exit orientation, the various modules are taught in a tightly packed schedule. This explains why is it a professional diploma course. Although it might seem very tiring demotivating at first, with dedication and hard work Aiga can make your dreams come true.I can say that there are two things where Aiga stands out. The first one being the faculty. The faculty at Aiga is amazing! Period. All of them have worked for top studios in India and can really help you learn a lot through their advices and teachings. Special care is given to each student by conducting weekly reviews and one to one sessions. The secomd amazing thing is the industry connections it has. Many studios hire students from Aiga throughout the year. It's industry connections are so good that some of the top rated studios in India have come to take students from Aiga and from nowhere else. Some of the top studios include Rockstar, Mpc, Dhruva, Technicolor, EA, DreamWorks and many more.Apart from the diploma course, Aiga also offers a 4 years full fleshed BFA degree course with a really great academic syllabus. Students get to learn comic art, still life drawing, prop making, sculpting and a lot more! Aiga also offers diloma in animation and game programming courses which are equally good.Life at Aiga is great! You get to study with students from various parts of the globe. This gives a lot of exposure and a better learning environment. The lab although a bit small, always has a comp or two available. Students can play Xbox , ps4 and Wii during their free time. So, think no more! Go join Aiga to get all the above and more!

BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE AIGA- Best place to come and study if one wants to get into the gaming and animation world. - Course modules offered are always with regard to the ever changing industry. - Faculty is friendly and helpful. - Great environment to learn and grow. - Placement opportunities are great so grab it as it comes.I won't add all the details here, some of them are meant to be experienced first hand.....I would like to personally thank all the faculty members for your support especially Uday Sir, Vinay Sir, Sarbeshwar Sir and Omomi Mam.I would also thank Geetartha, you have been a great help from the start to the finish....Thank you for a wonderful year and hope to see AIGA reach even greater heights.Regards, Vivek Bhattacharya ( The guy who completed his Diploma in Game Art and got placed into Rockstar Dedicated Unit, Technicolor India.)

The faculty here are very helpful. I was studying in a different institute and was not happy with what was being taught, decided to look at what other institutes were teaching and was amazed at the difference. What I would have learned in my fifth semester was being taught in the second semester!! Initially, it was hard to convince my parents about dropping out from the previous institute and joining AIGA but they understood and I am glad they did. I would definitely recommend AIGA if anyone is looking to start a career in this sector.
