They just don't know anything about GRE quants session. All they have done is copy pasted CAT quant videos in GRE sections. Quality of recorded videos in memory is horrible

I would like to mention my experience having communicated to Counseller's who assist on the admissions/enqueries. I was charged 10 thousand more for IIT coaching for 11th standard.When i spoke to their counseller's at Bangalore office, i was told they do not have a fixed fee structure. When i further insisted to return the amount, they disagreed and instead offered me for a concession in the fees for 12th Standard.The counseller's are very rude and are not approachable. However the faculty and teaching is good.Would request Byju's management to take this up seriously.

when i didn t buy course the calls were keep on coming but now when i want notes extra questions and mentor then no one is helping me but trust me guies the course is awesome

Their customer service is horrible- I contacted them multiple times to know about their Xth ICSE courses- they were not ready to speak and asked me to contact the center in Jayanagar, I went there, there were other parents too and we waited for 2 hours but no one turned up, I then told the counsellor to contact me- gave my phone- no calls from Byju--- all these coaching classes are for minting money which is fine and brilliant students anyways score high even without coaching, But don't worry Parents, don't run behind these high flying coaching classes, they will just fleece money from you, after all your child is the one who should be credited for scoring high marks. Byju was a huge disappointment- may be BYju Raveendran and his faculty himself maybe good but his operations staff is really bad
