Very poor experience, rather i should say third class experience. I was send to consular sitting right next to the reception. When she came to know my case, straight away told me I WANT TO MAKE ONE THING VERY CLEAR THAT WE CHARGE 1LAC RUPEES for such a case. She started very nicely but became rude in between, instead of explaining what should we do now, she was putting questions on me WHO TOLD YOU TO DO THIS. BEING EDUCATED YOU DON'T HAVE MIND are some of the words which she used on me being a new client. She wanted to know everything from me but was not suggesting even a single thing to me. I was sitting on her desk for about half an hour but i was attended for hardly 10 minutes. By the time i was waiting for her, i can see her going restroom, chatting with other employees and she even told me m going to discuss ur case with my branch head, and came to me after 15 minutes and telling me SHE IS ABSENT TODAY. Besides all, she said Maninder instead of arguing why don't listen what i am saying. Very very un professional lady. One should make feel comfortable during counselling but m surprised to see her CHILDISH and OVERCONFIDENT behaviour. If its in my hand, i should rate that counselor 0.1% Don't know about other staff members.

Worst experience, sending me a fake refusal letter with no name no date no uci no application number. When i call them they are not answering my calls. If they answer keep me on hold n never talk to me. The most fake and fraud office ever. Never step in this cheap office. Everyone here is fraud. I'm definitely going to sue this Can-Asia now.

They are experienced in processing your file and the file goes through couple of quality checks before submission. more than that communication is good, professionalism is there and the work is done efficiently.

Best consulting company. Just because of their help, I got my student visa. I am really thankful and grateful for the counselor's and the processing department who really worked hard to get my student visa on time.
