CMS Computer Institute - Jogeshwari East, Mumbai - Reviews, Fee Structure, Admission Form, Address, Contact, Rating

HELLO SIR / MADAM,This is in regards to CMS Computer Insitute in Naupada Near Alok Hotel Thane (W). The reason why I am rating it Poor as I had worst experience with CMS Institute Thane as the front office people, the management is not at all organized. I was enrolled for SEP package wherein whole fees was paid as per the requested time frame. But today I feel that its waste of money. Front office people are so irresponsible and least bothered about students. when we dont have lectures we are not informed on phone well before in time. Some names of front office staffs which I would like to mention is VANDANA mam, MONICA mam, REHANA mam. They are not at all bothered about students concerns, incase if we try to approach them they are not having specific answers, they just like to beat around the bush. If we request for some thing like books, certificates they dont give us a proper time frame when we can get these stuffs. When they need fees from any student they keep on asking students and taking care of their concerns but as soon as the student pays fees they are least bothered about student's requirement. I am not at all satisfied with the response I have recieved from CMS till date and I also suggest my other friends not to join CMS institute specially THANE as they only know how to take money from students but dont know how to provide service to the student. I request you to please look into this issue as I havent recived my Microsoft participation certificate. I also gave my Hardware and networking paper but havent recived any certification. Almost all my batch mates have recived thier participation certificate but I dont know where is my certificate lying. When I try to check with them about the certificate they say it will come in next month or week etc. Every week/ Month you keep on cehcking with them u get same response otherwise for a change they will ask you why you need that certificate. I would really appreciate if you can send my Participation certificate for Microsoft, Hardware and networking certificates as well to CMS Thane. There are some students who work who cant come or call everyday and check about their clases, books, certificates etc. but atleast we can expect a call from them that we have our certificates ready or clases or whenever we approach them we can get a proper time frame or response. I think front office people are their to respond to our queries if they are not interested in their work then we have to type such mails. Would appreciate if you can look into the matter and do the need ful. Arushi Gupta

aparna ,rukshan aur wo goregaon branch head ye tridevi ya sabko chutiya banane ke dhanda karte hai.month me sirf maximum 10-12 days lecture lete hai .teaching bhi (2/5) rating.100 % placement bolte hai aur course complete hone ke baad bhi kidher job placement nahi dete .3 month ke course pura hone mai 5 month lagate hai .
