Main reason for writing this review is to save people not to be victim of this service centre. While updating iOS 10 OS iPhone 6 bricked. I tried connecting iTunes but due to device drivers problem in recovery mode my phone is not detecting so I took my phone to these guys and first of all they waited me for 1hr to get appointment after that they took 1day and they told me your phone have hardware problem and can't get repaired I told them its totally illogical without any physical damage or wrong power supply how can Phone have hardware problem. They told me to pay 23k so that they can replace with new phone I rejected the offer and took my phone to Hyderabad Jagdesh market one guy flashed my device in 15 min and all set its working like a gem. Pls don't get trap into these guys they will cheat you.

Great customer service experienced at the store. All folks at the store are well versed in their domain. They are ready to answer any questions posed with politeness.Got my issues fixed within the first visit itself.Way to go Conquer & looking forward for you to open up more branches with your well trained staff.

Went there to get my Mac fixed. Didn't diagnose the issue properly the first time and had to go there again. This time they took 10 more days to fix it. In the end the issue was finally fixed. About 25 days since I first went there to getting back my laptop properly fixed.

The time you took to resolve my issue was great, your crew they were really helpful to me.The way you treat your customers is nice. keep that going. Conquer technologies, Vizag is a very small showroom hidden in a very busy street. But do not let the size deceive you, they have better stocks, better service and better staff than any BIG showroom I have seen around in any place.The management is very pro-active and do go out of their way to help you out however they can.Service has always been prompt. Even if there are unavoidable delays, they keep you informed about them and as a customer you do not have to keep calling and following it up.
