This academy was conceived with the ideology of imparting education distinctly. Distinct ideology is providing need based education to every individual. Promoting and encouraging students at every stage of their educational need. To fulfill above mentioned ideology we have three tier teaching system i.e. general classroom teaching, extra classroom teaching, individual classroom teaching. Time to time various psychological approach of teaching is being used to achieve cent percent imparting of difficult concepts. We are following continuous and comprehensive evaluation approach under which we conduct weekly test and monthly unit test and then correction work for all the mistakes incurred by the pupils. Individual corrected answer sheet are recorded in their respective files kept in the institution for time to time appraisal of pupils performance by maintaining anecdotal and academic performance sheets. We develop competency of our students to cope up with the contemporary competitive world so that besides CBSE/ICSE syllabus they can cope up NTSE, Olympiad and other competitive exams. We have got very interactive partnership with parents as their suggestions , their guidance are given good weightage and implemented to have coherent atmosphere. We provide class-wise, subject-wise, chapter-wise assignments, worksheets and concept clarifying study notes which students get in abundance. Year end Rehearsal test papers (full syllabus test) are conducted every year. We have all full time faculty members containing 21 now for various subjects. We have very attractive classroom session which involves all the students (like open session, quiz, team competition) and leave them spell bounded. Our on role students are about 155 for various courses are coming from Dwarka and its surroundings like Palam, Madhu Vihar, Najafgarh etc. Considering the distinct ideology we are privileged to start new cash scholarship exams yearly for students residing in or around Dwarka. This is a premier motivational approach for the students to come up with their best abilities and leave a mark in the pages of history.
