Is a big consultancy firm & having some very big clients no doubt about it. But sad to say one of the worst environment u will ever work. My friend joined there just because of the clients they have, but they treated him as a school student. Where ever you go work pressure will be there, but if you want environmental pressure you can join here. If you smile or speak with your colleague then you have to explain your TL, Manager & HR for that. If you ask any normal think like net is not connecting or candidate is waiting for interview anything like this also you can't ask your colleague. if they come to know you will be in the place of explaining to your TL. These things happen especially in SA 2 team of this company. The TL (Sudhasri) of this team treat you like a school kid. If you are not accepting what ever she is telling then you will be reported into head office. She tells you to work smart, but my friends 6 months experience, the guys whom she told they are smart, just thrown out of the company by her & management. Because they have questioned her on treating them like school student. Many of the employees working there just for money. leaving the company also difficult as they make you cry before you leave. Am not blaming the complete company but my friend experience with this particular team is worse. If the TL change her mentality on handling the team she can see more success as her team members will deliver in time. Please think your team members as like you & give them some space to speak & smile. (this one for TL) Don't behave like you know everything & they are bad.I can tell so many things like this but this is enough i think so. Again am saying, am not blaming the full company as bad.. every one has negative & positive but this particular SA 2 team led by sudha s worst one.. Being a temlead myself i have never behaved like this with my team..i always pity for my friend & other guys who are working under her :-(

A fast paced and growing company which is a great place to start off your career! Management is supportive and helpful with any issues. Meeting new resources and Client interaction makes the job interesting.

Nice Company to work. All are very friendly and helpful, just like a family. Nice to work here in this company for 7 yrs and want to stay here for rest of my service life. I learn so many thing and still learning. DynPro gives chance to learn and grow. Every one is very helpful for every thing like work and personal life also.
