Civil service exam is not about knowledge it is a psychological game.we dont need to study lot of books for clearing this exam.there are strategies to crack this exam .i learnt all these things after joining Ganesh's IAS Academy. Ganesh's sir classes are very useful not only for exams but also for life.he inculcated many values like self confidence,fearlessness etc.he changed my way of thinking in all aspects.it is very useful for me to prepare for exam with self confidence and approach exam without fear etc. other faculties are user friendly and providing proper feedback to rectify our mistakes and it is helpful for clearing exam. Its one of the best institutes in chennai. The institute has a perfect course plan and the classes are excellent. The way of teaching is very good. Its more than that of teaching. The institute inculcates the right attitude among the aspirants to face the upsc exam. The journey is very dark and i would say that they are the lamp holders of the path. They shows the correct path and keep you in the run. The daily current affairs test is one major thing with helped me a lot to select issues and stay focused. The faculties are very good and reachable at any point of time. The test series is very standard.

Ganesh's IAS is the one of the best institutes in Chennai.It changes the mentality of an aspirant from a student to an OFFICER. Staffs are so friendly here.They don't concentrate only on studies, they also give carrier guidance to proceed further. The place is not only for IAS exam, they also give excellent coaching for TNPSC, SSC, RRB & Banking.

Classes are very nice and faculties are helpful. Ganesha subramanian sirs class will give different perspective of all issues . other subject faculties are also good. test batch and discussions are very effective.

1. Classes are not necessarily in English. After repeatedly requesting a teacher to speak in English, he said he will say only the "important points" in English. When everyone pays the same fees, how is it fair for anyone to miss 90% of the content of the class?2. They do not give receipts for the fees that you pay for the optional subjects. I requested a refund since classes were not conducted before the break and I was not returning after the break and it was denied and unrealistic options of attending classes in a different city were given to me. I regret wasting my parent's hard earned money in this place. Tips1. Do NOT choose this academy if you don't know Tamil. 2. Always ask for receipts when you pay your fees.
