Apart from being one of the best places in India to get a higher education, the campus is one-of-a-kind as being a nature preserve unto itself. With laboratories of national importance hidden in narrow, leafy alleys, world-class facilities and a vibrant student life, this place will never fail to awe.

Amazing place. While I did study here, which was a wonderful experience, the best experience I have had is in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities here. Very good sports facilities. Hostels might be considered to have small rooms, but it is lots of fun!

The experience of an IIT campus cannot be put down on paper. The brightest minds of the country are located in an area of around 600 acres with lush greenery, lakes and buildings. There are two entrances - the Main Gate and the YP Gate. Places to visit in the campus are Gulmohar Cafe, the Infinity Corridor, Brewberrys, and many more. The Infinity Corridor is one of the major attractions on the campus where a long roofed corridor has the engineering departments flanking both sides.
