Kerala State Civil Service Academy is an eminent coaching institute for Civil Services preparation in Kerala. It was the initiative of the Kerala Government to set up this institute. Kerala State Civil Service Academy was incepted in the year 2005 by the Centre for Continuing Education Kerala, popularly known as CCEK. The objective of the State Government of Kerala behind the establishment of Kerala State Civil Service Academy was to provide efficient coaching to the youngsters of the state so that they could achieve their desired posts in Civil Services. The main center of Kerala State Civil Service Academy is located in the capital city of Kerala, that is, Thiruvananthapuram. It has its 3 more centers situated each in Kozhikode, Palakkad, and Ponnani.

For Civil Services exam preparation, Kerala State Civil Service Academy conducts multiple courses namely Regular Batch, Weekend Batch, Evening Batch, Crash Courses, and Mains (Adoption) Batch. This institute provides quality education to the aspirants from the highly qualified educators. Kerala State Civil Service Academy provides a well-stocked library facility to the students. A variety of reference books, journals, and magazines are provided in the library for the students to read.
