La Excellence as an institution has a very humble beginning. We started in a small room in Rajindernagar, New Delhi as "Lets Unite for Excellence (LUFE)". Dr. Ramjee, Dr. Rambabu, Mr. Narendranath (now IFS Officer), Dr. Chandrashekar (now IRS Officer) were the first teachers in the institute. Now it has transformed as La Excellence in Hyderabad and in the process we got associated with few more best people in the field. When we started the institute, everyone asked us a very common question - "All of you are Doctors, Civil Servants and Software Engineers, then why are you in this field?" Our simple answer to this question is - "Passion towards Civil Services". When we started working towards our goals, we walked in and out of every civil services coaching institute. We felt, we can create a better structure when genuine guidance will be available to the students.
