Maa Uma Electronic Training Institute is one among the foremost institutes of Madhya Pradesh in Skill Development Training of Technical, Electrical, Electronics, Beauty Culture and Garments Making. The Institute was formally inaugurated in 2001 by Late Mr. Sudhir Kumar Gupta -Director, Uma Electronic Institute Technical Degree College, Indore. In 2001, institute was registered under Madhya Pradesh Government Act 1973 No. 44 and started providing technical education in the field of Electrical, Electronics and computer hardware/software. In 2011, institute got accreditation by National Council of Vocational Training to provide free Skill Development Training in the sectors of Information & Communication Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Beauty culture & Hair Dressing, Garments making and Soft skills. Currently, institute has started various courses in collaboration with NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) & NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology) and successfully running CCC, BCC and vocational courses in these trends.
