Pioneer Tutorials was established by an imminent educationist Late Sri Jawaharlal Pandey Retd. Additional Director of Education Department Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad. Before his retirement he served as Sec.Basic Shiksha Parishad,U.P. Allahabad.Beside holding prestigious offices of education department he authored,many books of Physics including the books recommended by Pathgar Pustak Vibhag of U.P Education Department.

At the time of establishment Pioneer Tutorials was guiding aspirants for banking services. R&d department of Pioneer Tutorials took help of many books and Psychologists from Manovigyanshala (Bureau of Psychology)Allahabad including Chief. Psychologist Prof.B.P.Mishra.Under his guidance many bookshops were conducted to develop new study material for Reasoning etc. During last minutes Late Sri.J.L.Pandey encouraged his daughter Ms.Padma Pandey a guidance Psychologist to provide educational & academic counseling to the students. After the sad demise of Sri.J.L.Pandey on 19th /April/2000. Ms. Padma Pandey become his director of Pioneer Tutorial.

Earlier Bank P.O/Clerk recruitments were conducted by B.S.R.B(Banking Services Recruitment Boards) were discontinued in 1999.In between Pioneer Tutorials started guiding students for N.T.S.E.,S.S.C. and Law entrances including interviews for all exams. Institute has guided students for N.T.S.E. from various reputed institutions. Viz.Jaipuria School Kanpur & Lucknow, Sir Padampat Singhania Education Center Kanpur & B.N.S.D. Shiksha Niketan Kanpur for years. In the field of Law entrances we have students studying/studied Law from NLSIU Banglore.
