Ramji Classes is the worst place to be as a teacher/ tutor. I regret my decision to join the institute in the first place. I have been there for a year, so I wondered what about the staff for maths and other subjects as I could see none. I saw people come teach and leave in a very short span of time. You have to literally beg for your salary, every time. Salary was very difficult or should I say impossible to come by. Everytime you ask for your salary there was an excuse ready, for the inability to make the payment. At the end when I did get my salary it was 1/5th of what I should have got. For the remaining I got loads of excuses. I really pity for the newly recruited teaching staff. I can't comment on the students point of view but for the faculty it's he'll on earth or should I say he'll in Powai Plaza.
