My name is Harmanpreet singh. I am from karnal (Haryana). I would like to talk about SIEC in chandigarh.. It is very good institute for IELTS and LE.. There are good education facilities in institute... My ielts trainer is Ankush Verma... He is very good teacher and honest man... When I came to this institute,my english level was very week. But one month after i join SIEC my english has improved tremendously. I think that SIEC is only good institute for ielts in chandigarh . It is situated in 35c sec. chandigarh...
