I am a very calm and silent person. I could not get through the interviews and was feeling depressed with the failures. We were suggested about smart steps through our family friends. I attended the demo sessions of lavanya sirs and decided to join smart steps. Today Iam suprised at my own improvements. I got good encouragement from the smart steps. Now there is no fear in me and feel very confident today.

I learnt confidence in Smart Steps. Though I carry finance knowledge, I was not sure what I know when I came here I understood that I will also be given the job assistance. I am sure to secure a job within 2 weeks of the end of the programme. We want more excel sessions. Thank you!!

I am interested to pursue my Phd, however after knowing ab out smart steps, came for the demo sessions. I liked the sessions and i say that this is an ultimate program. I am interested to achieve on my own. I came to know about Smart steps through Facebook. Two of my friends are working in Infosys, Genpact.This inspired me to join SS.
