We, at StepUp IAS, have been tracking the trends and changes in civil services exam since 2001 and searching the methodology to help students fulfil their aspirations.After a number of year research and analysis we came to the conclusion that while faculty and notes are precondition for Civil Services preparation but without sound strategy and supervision under experienced person, it will prove to be a nightmare. We at StepUp IAS have come to the conclusion after this many year of Research and analysis that every year around 10 % students get selection in the very first attempt but not by doing only coaching classes.They were under the supervision of experienced person who have been watching civil services exam for many years and have seen the loopholes.They help students in preparing strategy and keep supervising students during preparation and make them clear this exam in the very first attempt.In our class room programme we have adopted this approach of providing classes on one hand and keeping students under the supervision of an experienced coach.StepUp IAS is the only institute in India providing Personal supervision together with coaching classes.
