Exposed: System domain malleshwaram and there fraud staff Shabreen. During the end of November 2016, I was searching for a Sap SCM training center in and around rajajinagar and I also posted ads online about my SAP training requirements. On a weekday I received a phone call from an unknown number, When i attended the phone call i herd a voice on the other side telling "Hi My name is Shabreen and I am calling you from System domain Malleshwaram". out of some curiosity i entertained shabreen to know the purpose of her call, Shabreen said that she came across my requirement of Sap SCM training and informed me that they are In this field of ERP training from past 14 years and they have certified SAP consultants as trainers in their center, In the end of our telephonic conversation Shabreen provided me with System domain Malleshwaram address for a free demo class. Since I had an urgent requirement, I decided to drop in System domain malleshwaram and make further query on the course, After reaching system domain Malleshwaram I got a very negative vibe as the ambiance of the place was very messy, the premises looked more of like a Messy house with Staff children's running around, however, my main focus was on course completion at a short period of time and I dint wanted to judge the book based on it's wrapper. hence, I went a head and met this so called counselor called shabreen " a thin fair tall women" she greeted me inside her messy meeting room and offered me a chair to sit. we started the conversation, shabreen was very promising in her words though she spoke in broken and terrible English , based on her words and mainly on my requirements, I went another step ahead and took a demo class from a trainer called Dhananjay ( A thin dark guy who literally looks like patient out of hospital after months) , When it came to Demo class the trainer was not sure about what he was teaching but he claimed that he has worked for real time projects for many MNC's and he was very profound with that statement of his, he also agreed to cover all the modules in SAP SCM which I asked him to cover within a certain time frame(2 months) with assured 100% satisfaction and quality. I paid my course fees of INR 35k and enrolled my self to system domain, On my day 1 class. trainer just repeated the same thing which he spoke during demo and i kept quiet thinking he was starting all over again, but for my surprise trainer kept on teaching the same introduction for next 6 days, for my surprise I learnt that the trainer doesn't have any knowledge about SAP and just in order to enroll me to the course he had prepared some basics and made a demo class. After knowing about the reality of trainer, I went to Shabreen and explained her everything, about whatever took place from day one of my training and made her understand that i am not happy with the classes, so she replied back to me rudely saying for Rs 35K this is the quality what we can offer you, If you want it. take it or else you can drop the course , when i asked her for full refund she told she cannot refund even a single buck. Firstly, Shabreen, trainer dhananjay and system domain have committed an act of miss representation, " Shabreen shouldn't have lied to me that they offer SAP SCM training with SAP certified expert trainers and claim System domain as a SAP certified institute. Sencondly, Shabreen forced me and made me to make the full payment for INR 35K as course fee and agreed to refund if i am not satisfied with the classes, now she is refusing to refund when they have not delivered the service what they have promised me,in fact they don't provide SAP SCM training , they just played a drama and made me to pay them 35K this is the act of Fraudulent. Thirdly, I don't know if the so called Director of this Institute MS. Lalitha is aware about how there staffs are cheating the students in the name of ERP training programs or I wonder if even she is part of this day theft. I SHALL SOON FILE A CASE AGAINST THESE fRAUDSTERS AND THERE SO CALLED INSTITUTE.
