Most unprofessional reception staff ever. Pre booked something called Dukes Den in advance which is supposed to be a one to one service, turns out anyone can walk in. Non courteous staff wasn't even apologetic about ruining my service experience. The only person who got an apology was the patron who just walked in without an appointment. The barber round the corner treats you with way more respect. Never going back there. Really crap, after paying a huge premium I wouldn't want to be treated the way I was!!
