Thanks for your bad management, that made me to leave your company.Salary is not a issue now. Please don't go with the positive reviews they are fake. On Glassdoor as well.People joined or change the company after leaving their stable jobs and after that they become puppet who watch computer all the day and worked beyond flexi hours. All employee forced by management (BA) to finish their task very same day instead of taking that log next day whether it's not a one day task.Every time it irritates me. And for every task BA asked that "Aaj jana hai". It will destroy your life after office. Management ask you to learn new technology with a new project with tight deadline (some time it's 4 or 5 days) so you should complete it on time by giving your Saturday, Sunday whether you have your any important work or function. They consider your Saturday, Sunday as comp off but they will not give you any salary for that day.Another example of the great work culture if your current technology is Magento and they have no project or you don't have task in your current project than CTO will instruct your team lead to give you the project of Joomla (with tight deadline).And If you are staying late (like 11PM without any overtime allowance) to complete the project company will not offer you dinner or any snacks while CEO is there and know that you are working on the project. But sometime you get a cup of Tea instead of Machine tea or coffee :).Management is good for their self only. CEO of the organization will never enter in development room or never tried to understand the problem of employee. Unicode has a HR (Named Ankur) who came from corporate to mid level company and 16 yrs of exp on the age of 33 (I think, a normal person is complete their graduation at age around 20-22 yrs) I don't know know how to believe.
