The group of experienced IITIANS' on realizing the above quotes have come together to form an institute WI fY (World of IITIANS' For You) Academy. During our lectures and interactive session and our teaching life we kept on pondering that in spite of so intense coaching why the cut off for JEE and other competitive examination is less (Eg: JEE Mains cut off for the year 2017 was 80/360). Conclusion is shocking. Various institutes claims to provide proper direction to the students but fails to do so. Student spends a significant time thinking what he should do or how he should prepare for any entrance examination. Coaching concentrates only on bright student and ignores weak student.

WI fY Academy as a unit has designed a system which will develop interest for science in student and their preparation will be guided by means of various assignment and activities. Scheduled Lectures and timely assessment will not let situation of vacuum emerge in the mind of student. If it happens, proper psychological methods will employed for the counseling and motivation of students.
