The infrastructure is good but the management doesn't seem to be using it well enough. The promises they make during admissions are not kept and turned out to be a mere false promise. For example, the teacher - student ratio was said to be 20:3 but in reality it is 30 to 40 students with teacher/support staff ratio of 2 or at times 1 per class. The quality of the teachers are pretty low and the English speaking teachers are a rare sight. It is said that the biased approach of the management towards the staffs and students has an internal clash going on for sometime. I also hear that the staffs including the teachers and people in higher post aren't treated with dignity/respect and there isn't any hierarchy. To support this fact, i found that the teachers and principals leave the school in very short span of time and look for other opportunities, This frequent change in staffs definitely affects the students ultimately. There is no innovation or new methodologies adopted in the recent times seems to dwell in the old ways (smart classes are just an Ad gimmick). The management has to mend its ways soon before its too late...Until then the the word " International" will remain only in the name board of the school.
