I am CHRISTOPHER MAHIBAN, appointed as a teacher in this school for the Academic year 2015-2016, with effect from 1st June 2015.And I worked up-to 17th June 2015, they removed me without any notice period, as I asked about the school working time.They asked the teacher work after or before school, one and half hour extra for hostel students tuition without any extra salary. But they are collecting extra fees for preparation classes for hostel students.They asked and made notice to the teacher to work for Saturday while students are in holiday and Sunday also the teachers must work, if anybody asking they are removed forcefully without any notice period.The Principal is very arrogant and treating the teachers and other staffs like a slave. She is 62 years, always scolding the teachers in-front of students.She is not friendly with teachers, so the impact is the teachers also not handling with soft manner, they are getting angry with Principal and expressing it to the students.The Principal only making the Chairman happy, in-front of him she is acting well, that is, she only very sincere and serious about the growth of the school.She don't know how to manage the teachers and other staffs with friendly manner. Always self glorification of her long term previous experiences. But no use for the development school and students.Teachers are fearing to open their mouth to speak about their grievances, as they will lose their job. As the academic year started, so it is very difficult to get job in middle time of academic. Moreover the Chairman taking the original certificates while appointing teachers and it is very difficult to get it back.This is my bad experience with this International School, the management not worrying about their staffs, but harassing the staff.More work burden and no relax and refresh to do their work peaceful and better manner.Water scarcity is more there. Even drinking water teachers to pay money. other usage water also very difficult to manage.The chairman is not ready to care about the teachers welfare, only his business profit only his motive.Chairman's wife Soni is very soft spoken, action nil.Chairman directly harassing, but madam very excellent nicely speaking sizely with Chairman's side, not to help teachers or staff.Yours sincerely, Affected Social Studies teacher, M CHRISTOPHER MAHIBAN.
