I studied there from class 5-7 and then I went to SSPS. The school premises includes the building, canteen, cycle stand, play ground, laboratory and all those things. It's a high school under state govt for boys and girls.

Thanamakua Model High School is simply best.Commerce stream is too good.Arts & Science is much better.It is one of the best school in HOWRAH district in 21st Century.

Thanamakua high school is a government high school which is Bengali medium and the school faculty is not so good but arts and commerce streams are good here
