Had never expected this kind of support from Adept. Had paid for my ITIL foundation certification in the month of November. To schedule my training it took a month for them. And still awaiting for my certification. No proper response from anyone from the institute. Would highly recommend to not to go for adept and get stuck with them.

Really not a trusty place to learn. Completed Service Transition course 40 days back still waiting for the result and for the Certificate. And no proper response from the coordinator - Kamali. or a follow up. Would recommend folks not to waste the valuable time learning in this center. At least on seeing this review i should get my certificate which they promised as per the norms.

The content and the training is good however the services from the support staff is poor. I have to follow up many times for study material, scores, certification etc. They should try to improve this aspect.Ramakrishnan

Dont believe in these guys. I paid a bulk amount of 111000 for ITIL Expert training 2 months ago. Finished training but they did not schedule my exams yet. Not picking up the phone. Total mess of my life. The positive feedbacks in this site are fake, posted by those own culprits and employees.

The worst institute I have ever come across. I have finished by Prince 2 Certification in the month of August and still waiting for P2P certification registration. I have followed up multiple times with the Co-coordinators but did not receive any response yet. It is very much shameful to mention that co-coordinators call multiple times before you register for the course and do the payment but post receiving the payment they do not even bother to answer your phone call or respond to your mail.

This is a good institute. Not good in terms of infrastructure but great in closures. I took ITIL, prince & AWS certificates and what they advertise is 100% guarantee of pass and they honor that. They delayed the certifications later I understand that it was due to the schedule unavailability. You can trust this. I love to choose them in future if I need
