It all started in the summer of 1999, in the common room of LLR hall of residence at IIT, Kharagpur. Meeting at a table tennis match for the first time, little did they realise what life had in reserve for them. Young, energetic, open minded and ardent advocates of value education, two young men set out to pursue their own goals oblivious to the fate that binded them.

Almost a decade later, in the spring of 2010, they came together to establish C'ksha to reignite their passion for teaching and to affirm their life philosophy of value education. Since then it has been their life force to innovate new methods in science education and set new standards in education as a whole.

C'ksha Education Services (P) Ltd was incorporated on Sep 9, 2011 by Jyoti Prakash Mishra and Satwik Das. The motto was to extend their ideologies of value education to students far and wide and to bring about a positive change in the way people perceive and experience education. Operating with a team of three teachers and three other support staffs, C'ksha had a humble beginning as a professional coaching provider for IITJEE and other national level engineering entrance examinations.

Our Mission

With the academic strength of its founders and the best team of educators, C’ksha aims to bring about a learning revolution in Odisha. Right now any existing coaching class delivers an exam centric training which is mechanical and detrimental for academic growth of a student. In the existing system, a student may manage to get a seat in IIT but fails to pursue the same academic standards later. The founders and all other people associated with C’ksha have been following one motto all through their career i.e., to maintain academic standards that allow students to build a sound foundation in subjects and get conceptual clarity that enables them to do well in any exam they face. This generates an academic interest in the students, which guarantees success in their pursuit for excellence in their future field of choice.

Through its program, C’ksha aims to make the best quality education available to the students in Odisha to ensure their holistic growth and uplift the academic scenario to a whole new level. C’ksha aims to impart quality education based on understanding rather than rote learning. C’ksha aims to nurture a generation of students with self belief; who would bring about a positive change in our society and education system; who would lead the way to success and prosperity of Odisha; a generation that would give Odisha its rightful place in the greater Indian scenario.

C’ksha hopes to fulfill its mission not only through just teaching science or by indulging in other social and scientific activities but also by developing a personal bond with the students and inspiring them to be what they really are. C’ksha aims to help the young generation realize their potential by preparing them for the challenging yet rewarding career ahead. All programs of C’ksha are designed with one clear objective - "LEARNING". C’ksha demands honesty, sincerity and reasonable work on part of the students. The students at C’ksha are always encouraged to solve problems with necessary tools to transform themselves into independent problem solvers (in life).
