Aadidev Career Center emerged from the joint effort of individuals deeply involved in helping young adults chart their future and deal with issues of concern to them. Leveraging a mix of experience, we provide a range of services to high school and college students, as well as professionals desirous of change, enabling them to intelligently explore career opportunities and decide on future study, training or career options.

Expert in all aspects of career guidance, Career Smart is recognised throughout India as an impartial source of advice for parents and students. A not- for- profit organization, we are driven by integrity and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Based in Lucknow, we specialise in providing personal Counselling to suit the individual needs of each of our clients, who contact us from all over India and from abroad. We also conduct Life Skills Workshops, Online Counselling, Phone Counselling and other career related services. Since our inception in 2001, thousands of students and parents have sought our advice in making educational decisions. Today we offer personal guidance at the critical stages of education, from class 10 to undergraduate and postgraduate university and, thereafter, on career choices.
