This institution is one of the best of its kind in teaching what engineering in aeronautics is all about. The time that I have spent there has not only made me understand where I stand in this sector but also to improve my problem solving skills. BAIL would be best guide for freshers who have just graduated their bachelors degree or engineers who want to really get into the depth of this sector. A special mention about the Director of the institution and the trainers who have so much of experience, for their patience and training ability must be really appreciated. I strongly recommend all those students or graduates who have no clear idea or wanting to know more about aeronautics, or facing unemployment to please visit this institute and I'm sure you wont regret it.

we can bring the best out of ourselves.. i had been there for a 10 days training.. what i undesrtood was all about who an engineer is.. great experience.. great support.. awesome people.. i am glad that i found something that i was searching for !!!

Hi all, I would like to share some of experience at BAIL.I had completed my Bachelors in (A.E),2015.As i was in a dilemma in what to do next for my career growth.One of my senior has recommended about joining in BAIL. I have joined BAIL in October,2015.There i have realized how to solve a problem with a complete understanding and started asking myself WHY,WHAT &HOW?Understanding on structure response - LOAD-STRUCTURE-DEFORMATION. I would like to strongly recommend this place for becoming the Best Structural Engineer. The entire BAIL team is so supportive and helpful for my success today, I have got placed in AXISCADES,Bangalore in November,2016 I would like to thank the entire Bail team from my bottom of heart for their support and encouragement. Hi everyone i would like to share my experience about this, i have done my ug in Nehru Institute of Technology Coimbatore, In my 3rd year i have been thinking about doing internship so that it would be helpful for me in my future, As i decided, I have attended an internship program on MScNastran MScPatran about 2 months, In these 2 months of interaction , I have learnt 2D and 3D linear static analysis, this software is used mostly for analysis purpose, In present scenario aircraft based companies are looking for people who have strong basics on aircraft's and software, In BAIL I have got strong basics,which is used in present booming aeronautical industries, so after completion of my engineering i have decided to join in BAIL, In one of the program and finally I'm here, Having an beautiful journey with BAIL. And here is my advise, people who are in looking for job in aeronautical industry and want to gain some good stuff you, this is the right place to join to expand your beautiful future.
Vision: To meet all the civil aircraft requirement of our country by the year 2030. Mission: Design, build and put civil aircraft in the global market. Run our own air-transportation service using our own designed aircraft, flown by our own pilots, trained in our own pilot training school, maintained in our own MRO hangars, by our own aircraft maintenance engineers, trained in our own AME training institute. In our country all aspects of aeronautical activities are being pursued by different companies. However there is no synergy so that we have not yet put a world class product (aircraft) in the market, especially a civil aircraft. Concerted efforts are being made by aeronautical organizations in this direction. As a private aircraft industry we want to start designing and developing a general aviation aircraft and sell it in the world-market. All the activities (conceptual design, structural design, analysis, fabrication, testing of the airframe and system integration and flight testing) will be carried out in-house. We will gather all the technical capability together (there are available in Bangalore) and bring in synergy in all the activities to produce a very efficient and economical aircraft. In a similar way we can look at air-transportation in our country. We plan to start a feeder airline service tier-I and tier-II cities in India. But this airline will use aircraft designed developed by us, it will be flown by pilots whom we will train in our own flying school. Aircraft maintenance will be done by our company in our own flying school. Aircraft maintenance will be done by our company in our own MRO hangars. We will also generate the maintenance engineering by opening a Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) institute. Through such a synergy we want to establish a very passenger-centric air-transportation service which will be very efficient very reliable and very economical. The entire ingredient is there. We plan to put the act together.
