Next Learning Centre (NLC) is an initiative of Next Education India (P) Limited. We have launched the most innovative ‘After School Learning Programme’, MiClassTM, for students. As we can see, the school-based education system is changing, and schools are adapting themselves to the 21st century learning and teaching methodologies. They are implementing various new Educational Tools and Technologies (ET) such as rich digital content, virtual and practice labs, hands-on activities, projects, simulations, etc. In recent times, many schools have either upgraded to the latest educational technologies or are in the process of doing so. However, tuitions and tutorial centres are still following traditional methods of teaching and lecturing their students, and have the same assessment systems in place. At NLC, we believe in bringing together traditional teaching methodologies and latest 21st century education technology tools, and blending them for the constructive development and benefit of the student. The MiClass TM framework [as shown in the picture] integrates the teacher and the educational tools to create a superior learning environment for the student. Our instruction pedagogy provides all the richness required for the curriculum and content. We have followed the taxonomy for learning, teaching and assessing in all of our educational products for students - Remember – Understand – Apply – Analyse – Evaluate - Create. We believe that if the delivery of content, concepts and knowledge is done in the right way to a student, then his/her ability to ‘Create’ can be enhanced.
