The seeds of RUBIC’S ROSTRUM, which has been functioning in Lucknow since 1998, were sown in Varanasi as early as in 1989 by Mr. Aditya Kumar who is an absolutely simple, pleasing natured, responsible and dedicated person. After successfully completing B.Tech with merit from IT-BHU in 1988, he was offered many jobs and finally joined Bokaro Steel Plant where he worked for about two years and then resigned to pursue his academic career further by joining M.Tech program offered by Material Science Department at IT-BHU.

The excellent teaching element in him prevailed and he started providing personalized attention of coaching to a handful of students. Students' persuasion to help more of their friends through a new batch changed the goal of his life. He took up coaching as a career and founded Minerva Study Circle in Varanasi. Observing his students obtaining success in various prestigious entrance examinations of engineering and medical institutions provided him enormous satisfaction.
