It is the best college... It provides u with so many opportunities so that u can excel not only in academics but also in sports as well as in cultural activities... It is the world in itself...
But there is one negative point ....it takes took much fees...and money for every program whether it is is fresher or taarangan
I'm extremely appreactive of the college for providing such a remarkable environment for me to study in.
Teaching staff is very helpul to the students.All the computer laboratories are well furbished and highTech.Students can use the library facility
between 8 to 7.30.Book Bank facility are provided to financially weaker students in each class of each department.Digital library
facility is also provided for the projects.
College also arranges internships/workshops at regular intervals so that students can get real industry experience,learn managerial skills,etc.
EDC cell of college helps/provides guidance to students who wish to establish their startup.
HOC cell helps the student pertaining to certification and guidance for higher studies and even TnP Cell provides training to students
who wish to get a job.
TCET is certainly one of the best engineering college for students who want to make a difference for this country.
worst college in the world! they are just after having money....! they will charge u not less than 500 for a single form which has got no work with transportation etc etc.....they will not even give u one single printout u need to rush to the xerox machine for every form...the chemistry sirs have got tons of attitude and even their clerks have got attitude as if they are crorepatis....the chew tobacco every now and then... and they will show ACs in the classrooms but will never switch them on....and their integrated course don't feel like so.....they will give u thousands of assignments to submit...take admission in any of the college but not in thakur... THAKUR means to take ur money and make u begger in a given period of tym....their main moto is to take peoples money and live a awesome life....if uve got less percentage then take in tp bhatia rather than thakur(the thirst for money)....it feels even worse than in a government office where u need to bribe officers for ever step amd they will make u rush here and there.....all the ppl giving 3^ stars are either fake or are relatives of thakurs.... I've wasted my 2 yrs here.
I,Rahul sharma studying civil engineering in the thakur college of engineering and technology. I am extremely appreciate to the college for providing very good atmosphere for me to study in right direction from the teaching staff .Tcet is providing us top class laboratories vand libraray. The library is available to the student at all time as well and the decorum of the library is well mentioned students are given access to the latest resources books,textbooks,magzines etc. The labs are equipped with the latest equipment as well . The college also arranges internships ,workshops as regural unterval to let the student get a glimpse of the real world. Tcet also provide us campus with very vast area and greenery atmosphere ,there is no disturbance at all. The college was extremely cooperative during my payment of fees as well and i am extremely thankful to them for it. They went out of their way and provided me with scholarship in time of need. The college also provides courses for the student to take after the engineering. I would certainly ,without doubt recommend Tcet to any engineer student willing to make their for a success.
