What a mind blowing 6 day experience! It is absolutely fantastic. The Sudarshan Kriya pulled out all my stress and I was in a total state of bliss. I absolutely do not agree to the comment by sushi as the course taught me to be more responsible towards my family, business and society. I would highly recommend this course for everyone

One of my relatives attended artof living course at Lucknow.Impact was ,she stopppd taking interest in house hold,neglected her only child & ended in divorce.
