Description of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Connaught Place, Delhi
The Dewang Mehta Inter-school IT competition is an annual event hosted by the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Mehta Vidyalaya. The event is hosted in the Memory of Mr. Dewang Mehta, a former alumnus of the school and the person responsible for bringing India visibilty in the IT sector. He served as the president of NASSCOM Various events ranging from Gaming, Digital Imaging among others are a staple part with Video editing being a new addition this year. The school tries not only to spread knowledge about the different applications but also enhance the computer skills of all the student’s participating. As a step toward’s this, Morzilla Firefoz will be conducting a workshop on computer programming This event is an effort by the school to honour the memory of a former student and one of India’s most amazing IT professional.
