It was founded by Col K Bhattacharyya, an INDIAN ARMY VETERAN and Mrs R Bhattacharyya B.Sc, B.Ed. Col K Bhattacharyya (retd), was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1987, from the Indian Military Academy, and retired in 2017.
