The LSS training was well paced and the materials very simplified, straight to the point with the essential information. We had 2 trainers taking us through the course and each one was wonderful. The training facility and location was ideal. I enjoyed every bit of it and feel confident applying DMAIC/DMADV methodology, Lean focus Areas, et cetera. I learnt that the ultimate goal of lean concept is to provide perfect value to the customer through a perfect value creation process that has zero waste. the instructor used industry based examples which helped in better understanding of the modules. 2 days were never enough for the contents of the sessions; my observation though. However, i am confident that my employers will get good return on their investment on me attending this training.
