I called them asking for a demo class for their banking exams. They (Geeta, the lady who answers the phone) refused outright to give demo classes. I was told that they are a 39 year old institution who have maintained their quality standards, and that that should be enough information for me.I persisted and she told me that I will need approval of their manager for a demo class. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said I will have to come to the center and get their permission.I then called IMS's Toll-free number and a very polite gentleman there told me that he will be happy to arrange a demo class at any center of theirs. No problem.It turns out that this center is run by a franchise operator, not by IMS themselves, hence the difference in treating a student/customer.Do they need to wake up and realise they are in 2016? Or is this center happy with its 39 years of heritage?Full disclosure: I called on behalf of a cousin of mine. Their behaviour just pissed me off.

I had a positive experience with IMS Malleshwaram when i was looking for guidance & tutorship for my banking exams. Not only the course materials was upto date, but the tutors were also well experienced to give good guidance to students. I highly recommend this centre if you are looking for coaching on competitive exams. Thank you IMS!

Thank you IMS . IMS class room training for MAT/CMAT helped me alot to score very good percentile. Along with class room training their online support for test series and even offline practise test papers ,materials are the best.....

IMS Malleswaram is a place where each student is provided unique personal feedback and support. The classes are very interesting and the teachers are inspiring and helpful. The SIMCATs are excellent and we get rigorous practice. In addition to classroom training on CAT, they also helped me in developing my communication skills for GD/PI. It has a very positive learning environment and amazing guidance. I strongly recommend this place.
