The LBS training institute was established in the Year 2001. The inspiration behind the opening of this institute was to provide a platform to the underprivileged and the talented women of our society, so as to make them self dependent. The institute having various courses like Beautician, Stitching, Soft Toys making, Art & Craft, Candle making and Carry Bag making etc which helped these women to earn livelihood for themselves & their families. The special training module was designed by the institute by keeping in view the time and necessity of women. The training module helped lots of women in taking training of these courses of their choices as well as to do their day to day work parallely. Providing elementary education was also the part of the training. The specialized courses like NTT (Nursery Teachers Training), PTT (Primary Teachers Training) and CTT (Computer Teachers Training) helped in improving teaching skills whereas courses like English speaking and personality development helped women in shaping their communication and leadership skills. After successful completion of teaching courses some of these women joined as a teacher in this training institute itself. The LBS training institute in its more than 13 Years of work helped more than 2,500 women and girls to be independent. Many of them opened their own boutique and parlours, teaching in some of the best schools, working as a computer operator in different companies and performing various kinds of other jobs too. It’s been a long & successful journey in making a woman self-dependent. It will be our sincere effort to always work towards the women empowerment.
