With a humble beginning with just 7 students! in 1989 we have never looked back since our inception. Till date we have already more than one lakh students out of which more than twenty thousand students have excelled in competitive exams such as : CIVIL SERVICE, BANKING, RAILWAY, STAFF SELECTION, MBA ENTRANCE ( CAT, XAT, MAT etc ) , PUBLIC SECTOR ( SAIL, BHEL, NALCO, DRDO, HAL, IOCL, BPCL, COAL INDIA etc ), ALL GOVERNMENT JOBS.

In 1989 the young industrialist turned educationist, Mr. Manmohan Mallick back in odisha had two things in mind : Industry or Education in Odisha. He chose the latter. Odisha is the poorest state in India and Rourkela (Sundergarh District) is full of poor tribals who needed economic upliftment which was possible providing the educated scheduled tribes, scheduled castes and the poor meritorious students only through providing them with Government, Public Sector Unit Jobs. With a noble intention our director Mr. Manmohan Mallick decided to open a centre for excellence at Rourkela first. And we are proud say that till date more than 15000 SC/ST students have been able to get government jobs through our sincere guidance.

We have created many a history and record since our inception. We are the first in odisha to start coaching for SAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINEES EXAM. We created history in 2001 when we bagged 54 final selection out of 150+ vacancies in SAIL MT EXAM. We are the first in western odisha to start coaching for Civil Service. Besides we are giving classroom campus coaching for all Government / Public Sector Unit Jobs. We changed the concept of career coaching in odisha. We always start from grass root level and we treat all the students as a zero at the time of their joining. We try to make their concept clear step by step by teaching all the subjects chapterwise and giving them chapterwise tests. We teach all the short cut tricks to save time while taking tests. We do not claim that we are the best teachers but our success list has proved that we are the best – second to none.
