Established in 1988 the Academy, has for the past 28 years (as on 2016), performed well and has demonstrated professionalism and dedication in their field of work. The Armed Forces training wing of the Academy trains students for a career in the Armed Forces as class I commissioned officer at the National level through the NDA/CDS written exams and the SSB interviews. Coaching for Banking Services / Railways / Police is also available.

The Promoter, Capt R Sircar, after having left the Army in 1988 established this institution with a vision to channelise the youth of the Nation towards national level competitions with quality academic support. An alumni of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Capt R Sircar served in the Parachute regiment (Special Forces) and has done various instructional courses.
