From study material to video lectures, from their user manual to blog everything is helpful. I have been following their blog and newsletter lately and indeed they provide quite a good insight. Latest trends to all the last minute news, everything is covered in their website. I must say, the founder have done quite an impressible job.

The customer care service of plancess is useless. Whenever I call either its busy or if anyone picks up they don't understand what I am saying or they are simply trying to ignore. one of the pendrives I bought is not working. It shows that a Truscont publisher's device has been inserted to your system but on MyComputer screen nothing shows up. I have trying constantly to contact PLANCESS's customer care but the call always gets disconnected automatically. once someone from customer care picked up but he just kept listening and disconnected the call afterward. I am not at all happy with plancess and is customer care. its been over a month since i have been trying but couldn't reach them. They advertise alot about their material but can't provide good customer care services.

Really it is very helpful for those student who can't afford Coaching classes.New video lecture is very precrised. Wonderful notes and Question section.Over all i can say that It's better than any other Education site or any wizard.
