Pros For me it was a book of experience. Exposure to various challenging projects. Wonderful opportunity to get moulded properly to work. Best place to work, open culture, friendly people. Open platform to experiment and juggle between projects. The company really cares for its employees in every possible way, which makes it easy to extend working hours and contribute more.Cons Nothing as such. All my requirements were genuine, hence were met by the management. I have never thought of moving out of Spectrum

This is the company I owe a lot. I started my career here and worked for 3 years. It is the best place for a fresher to build the foundation and groom your IT career both Technically and professionally. The kind of infrastructure Company has is very good which helps you to get trained in variety of platforms. Moreover the CEO of the company is a tech-savvy who is highly able and affable. The team members are very much co-operative. The kind of professional experience you gain from this company is unique and I always cherish the days I worked for Spectrum.

I just completed the 3 month java internship from Spectrum . The training they provided was very effective. Swathi mam's style of teaching was superb. But they call me for a direct interview and they say that we have to do the company projects at the training time and they will provide job assistance. But they didn't give any thing. I think its a waste of money and time. They didn't give any assistance after compleing the training. They only need cash and students. While we completing our fee they never take the responsibilities. So don't trust them

Learning @ Spectrum was a great experience. I wanted to have a career in the field of health care industry. I traveled all over from Gujarat to Kochi to learn medical coding. Prior to joining, I thought it’s going to be a real challenge for me since I am a commerce graduate. However the support from the training faculties was immense & substantial. Training during the entire tenure was delivered in such a simple way that I did not find any topic complex. I successfully completed my medical coding training which was scheduled for 3 months. Overall feedback: Very well qualified faculties & a right place for the people who wants pursue career in health care industry.

After joining Spectrum I understood that it's not just what they offer, but some added pluses. I have been working as developer for last 2 years and I should say, I'm in the midst of a perfect and enthusiastic team. A big 'WOW' for the infrastructure and flexible timing. Privilege for acting on your opinions when it comes to strategy development. From my experience I should say, salary is not a concern for the right candidate. I wish all the success to Spectrum Management.
