HiI found the receptionist and staff very uncooperative and careless. The receptionist(Prerna) guaranteed a free class but the other receptionist(Sudha) demanded money and that too in a very rude manner after the so called trail class. Now, for the trainer - I was taught Spanish by a teacher called Gauri. She is the worst teacher in the history of teaching. Always late for the class and left early. Kept SMSing in the class. Does not have any control over the students and students keep barging in between the class to do chit chat which is encouraged by her. If asked for a doubt/query resolution, she reacts as if the student has committed some crime and abused her. Totally useless teacher and institute. Wish I could get my money back.

I had been there 3 years ago it is the worst institute i hv ever seen in ma lyf. Worst teachers characterless receptionist just sitting n doing make up evrytym. I wud lyk 2 say 2 evry1 nt 2 go 4 dis institute. All the tym dey use 2 ask 4 money evn 4 certificate. I dnt wanna state the names. I really had a worst experience in ma lyf. Thnxxx 4 spoiling ma money n wasting ma tym.

Best institute to learn english as well as different languages courses . The teachers here are supportive . I will recommend sirjan mam personally for english classes because she is the best and to learn english from her was an overwhelming experience .
