At AS Rao Nagar, the faculty (Ms. Lakshmi Nappineni) if she is going on leave, don't have the habit of informing the students in advance that the class is cancelled. She will make the students to come to the premises, make them wait for long time and then force them to go home. For example on 13th Jan 2019, for GRE Week-end batch at AS Rao nagar, most of the students turned up for the class at 10AM. But the faculty Ms. Lakshmi Nappineni did not turn up till 11AM. After waiting for such a long time, the students had to return. Spoke to Ms.Varalakshmi at Tarnaka and expressed my unhappiness about the same.Ms.Varalakshmi said even the operations manager Mr.Sunil is not reachable on his mobile today 13/1/2018. She said she will inform this concern to the operations manager and get back to me shortly.

Students are made to wait without any information about cancellation of the English Verbal class on 27th Jan 2019: 1) Last Sunday, 20th Jan 2019, after the class is over, students were informed that 26th Jan 2019 being a republic day holiday, Bharat's class is cancelled. But the verbal class will take place on Sunday 27th Jan 2019 as planned at 9AM 2) 10 students went to AS Rao Nagar office today, 27th Jan 2019 at 9AM for English verbal class to be conducted by Ms. Lakshmi Nippani 3) The office shutter was not opened. The students waited till 10AM and returned. 4) I contacted Operations manager Mr. Sunil and Tarnaka Center Head Ms. Varalakshmi 5) Till I called them, both of them are not aware that students are waiting at AS Rao Nagar center for Ms. Lakshmi Nappini's class 6) To my surprise, operations manager Mr. Sunil tells me that Verbal class starts at 10AM and not 9AM. I told him this is the third class and on Sunday verbal class is expected to start at 9AM 7)Both Sunil and Varalkshmi spoke to Ms. Nappani and came back and informed me that since Ms. Nippani has some personal work on Sunday, 27th Jan she pre-poned the class and conducted it on Saturday, 26th Jan 2019 7) The news about pre-poning the class was not informed to my son and the other nine students who were waiting for her from 9AM at AS Rao nagar branch today 27th Jan 2019 8) I was told that this news about pre-poning the class was kept in the Whatsapp group by Mr. Bharat. I checked the Whatsapp group (In which my son was added) and there in no intimation in that group too. 9) Question is if students were informed well in advance that the class is pre-poned to Saturday, 26th Jan 2019, why so many students are waiting at 9AM Verbal class at AS Rao Nagar office?I personally feel the operations manager Mr.Sunil should be very hands on what is happening at the centers for which he is responsible. He should know when the class is expected to start, if the class started on time or not, if the students are being informed about the changes in time or not etc.,To my surprise, the operations manager pretended ignorance on the following:1) He does not know the week-end classes at AS Rao Nagar on Sunday starts at 9AM. He is still thinking it starts at 10AM2) He does not know that the shutters of the Manyata office are also not opened till 10AM on 27th Jan 20193) He does not know that Ms. Lakshmi Nappnai has not come to take the class on Sunday, 27th Jan 2019, till one of the parents called him and informed him4) He does not know how the communication was sent to students informing that the class is postponed to Saturday, 26th Jan 2018All the above shows he is not hands on on his job as operations manager at Manya. He needs to follow-up daily with faculty and make sure that the classes are happening on time.Else what is the point of paying such high tution fees to Manaya GRE week-end classes?

Dear Mr. Sunil ([email protected], Mobile # 8106773030)Since there is no update from the center to students on the week-end classes for 2nd and 3rd Feb 2019, till now 6PM on 2/1/2019, I contacted Ms. Rashmi at AS Rao Nagar Branch. The following is the summary of our discussion:1) No Quant classes by Mr. Bharat tomorrow, Saturday, 2nd Feb , since a new week-end GRE batch is starting tomorrow.2) As you are aware Bhrarat's class was also not conducted last Saturday, 26th Jan since it happend to be a holiday3) I was told no regular verbal classes for GRE week-end batch on Sunday, 3rd Feb are going to be conducted4) Instead Ms.Lakshmi Nappini will conduct verbal classes (Catch-up classes) only to those students who were not informed to attend her classes on last Saturday, 26th Jan 2019 and who waited for her classes on Sunday, 27th Jan 2019 from 9AM To 10 AM at AS Rao nagar branch.I am worried that the week-end GRE classes at Manya, AS Rao nagar, Hyderabad do not seem to be happening as planned. Too many times the classes are either getting postponed or getting cancelled with some reason or the other.Appreciate as Operations manager, if you could kindly show some personal interest in AS Rao nagar branch GRE week-end classes and stream line the same at the earliest.Regards, Shyam Kumar
