Today, we are living in the era of technology where no industry or business can stand still without use of Information Technology; Education Sector is no exception for it. Use of IT for educating and developing students is now a formal practice, it gives innovative touch to teaching tactics. Thus Educational Institutions are demanding more and more advanced E-learning software and systems for smooth run and to have competitive edge over others. Online examinations now days forms a major part of subject curriculum across wide range of courses and degrees offered by Educational Boards and Universities across the country. Keeping this in mind, we decided to come up with an online examination system that will not only help students to build knowledge base but also it will also help educational institutions in throughout development of students and quality score. In this system, students can give online exam on a particular subject and can get the results instantly which will help them to analyze his/her potential and how much more effort he/she needs to put in for better performance next time. This system allows Administrator/Examiner to set up multiple choice tests for certain time period that when lapse or submitted are automatically corrected and results will be displayed instantly. Administrator/Examiner can check results student wise as well as batch wise and can compare them thus helping him/her in giving feedback to students. Administrator/Examiner can add new batches, courses as and when required with ease and can remove unnecessary content from the system.
