The candidate should look for Enough Practical Kits and Real equipment. 3)Check whether all Kits and equipment are working or just kept for demo. 4) Check for Variety of PLCs and VFDs and Kits (usually they have single or two brand PLCs) 5) Check that One Training kit and one Computer should be available for one student (usually on institutes , On training kit is shared by 3 ~4 students) 6)Don't pay much charges on name of JOB Placements, as if u get good training , u will have better chance of job by ur own efforts. 7) Don't be Impressed with the list or Photos of "successful Placed candidates" on Notice board, as they are their sometime own employee , help them to promote business. check by self thru contact no of successful candidates 8) Some Institutes provide Jobs after training in such worse companies, where the candidate will himself leave the job after sometime.
