Now this is an honest review, most of the reviews here are given by the owners of the school so you better not believe them. I was waiting for this since long time. This is THE worst school a student can ever go. And if you are thinking to get in, just don't. I don't know who appoints the teachers. Some are really nice but others are exceptionally poor. There is literally no discipline in the school. Every faculty member is in pursuit of pleasing the board of directors. Food and the transportation services are good compared to other schools. But unfortunately these are the only good points here. Students are treated extremely bad. Even small students are not spared. Sports department is THE worst; coaches and teachers here are extremely disrespectful towards students. The main problem in the school is that there is no coordination between and among the faculty and the school owners. There is a sense of fear among the teachers towards the owners of the school. According to my experience there is least respect towards teachers by the owners. It is like the monarchy. And that is the cause of every problem. The school is active in the newspaper ads, there is list of students that have achieved perfect scores but I bet you, if you ask them personally every single one of them will agree with these facts. Teachers need to be changed. There is no regular test that is taken to test the knowledge of the teachers. This is the worst thing. The HOD's are the members who were appointed when the school started, but there is no test to prove their proficiency. Talking about academics, the practicals are highly irregular. Can the school improve? Yes, but I don't think it will. The main problem with the school is that, the school is not interested in giving true education, it is interested in making money. Just think, why would I waste 30 min of my life typing this for you. I am anonymous here. I wasted my time but I can save years for students. If you want a school where you come and go, study a little bit and get huge marks, this maybe the school for you. There are various practices that can lead to good marks. But don't go. You will enjoy learning if you don't already but don't join. Maybe some people would not agree with some of the facts mentioned above, but I am a student here, and they all are true. It would turn into a huge essay if I decide to mention everything. But I guess, you got my point. I know the school owners are going to read this, and... they won't be happy, my message to them, sir, I don't know whether I would ever dare to speak this to you in person, I don't care as I know you won't change. The school will run, every year some students would work hard to get 10CGPA, every year there would be more admissions to the school, you will really be successful. But you won't provide education, learn to truly respect teachers by your heart as most of the times they have more knowledge than you. At the same time, test teachers, even your HOD's and make a new HOD every year. This encourages teachers to work hard and also maintains the respect among other teachers. Also make a separate committee to appoint teachers. Ask your students their problems, be like a friend for them not an enemy. Life is really wonderful when you spend time with them. Observe them. Laugh with them. Be a child. Understand the value of education. And lower the factors like ego and self respect that would stop you from doing these things. Dear sir, this school can be the best school in the world, but that should never be your aim, even should not have an aim, what you should have is love for students and the education. Bye.
