My friend was selected as a teacher here. Sadly she was asked to submit all her educational certificates to join the school. Most of the schools are like this, fear driven. Yes, I understand if the teacher leaves during the academic year, the school and students will suffer and that's the reason the management asks for certificates to get hold of the teacher. If this is school's concern, how will you achieve your motto of "Keep reaching for the stars"?! If teacher feels she is part of the school and school finds her as an asset, why will she leave?
